Founded in 2004, Winking Studios Limited is one of Asia’s largest game art outsourcing studios, providing complete end-to-end art outsourcing and game development services across various platforms for the video games industry.
With offices and art studios in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Nanjing, Shanghai, Suzhou, and Taipei, their operations are supported by more than 800 highly skilled talents across Asia-Pacific that serve a global customer base.
Their three main business segments are Art Outsourcing, Game Development and Global Publishing and Other Services. Their comprehensive suite of services includes design services, ranging from 2D concept art, 3D modelling, 2D and 3D animation and visual effects, which include environmental design and game character design. Over the years, they have developed a portfolio of critically acclaimed games that have garnered numerous awards.
They enjoy strong international brand recognition for the complete end-to-end art outsourcing and game development services that they provide, and this has led to collaborations with 21 of the top 25 game development companies in the world.
The Company was first listed on the Catalist segment of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 20 November 2023.
Placing and Admission to trading on AIM
On 14th November 2024 admission and the first day of dealings commenced by way a Placing of 52,666,667 Shares of a par value of S$0.04 each at a price of £0.15 per Share.
