Placing and Admission to trading on AIM

On 4th April 2025 admission and the first day of dealings commenced by way of a Placing of 16,503,012 new Ordinary Shares at 23.1 pence per share and Retail Book Offer of up to 4,329,004 new Ordinary Shares.
