Creightons complete transition from the Main Market of the LSE to AIM

The Company was quoted on the Unlisted Securities Market in 1986 and subsequently transferred to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in 1994.
Admission to AIM
On 6th February 2025 the company announced their proposed cancellation of Ordinary Shares from the Official List and proposed application for admission to trading on AIM which was successfully approved by the requisite majority of shareholders and first day dealings commenced on 31st March 2025.
